Loyalty cards for Asian and world food grocery shops

Your regulars already shop with you every week. Tillkeep gives them a points card on their phone, and gives you a private way to tell them when the curry leaves, mangoes or festival sweets arrive.

Why it suits a world food grocer

  • It replaces the WhatsApp group

Many grocers send offers through a WhatsApp group, which shows every customer's number to everyone else. With Tillkeep, customers only see their own card and staff only see the last 4 digits.

  • Big weekly shops earn real rewards

£5 off every 200 points fits family baskets of £40 to £80. Customers see the next reward coming, so they keep the weekly shop with you.

  • Easy for second-language readers

Short sentences, big numbers and one task per screen. Joining takes a first name and a UK mobile, and nothing else.

A setup that works for a grocery shop

A good starting point for a grocery shop. Change any of it to suit your margins.

A family spending £60 a week earns 60 points, or 120 if they shop on double points day. They reach £5 off in under a month, or in 2 weeks on double points days.

Every number is yours to change in Points settings, at any time.

Questions

Can I send offers in other languages?

Yes. You write the text, so it can be in Tamil, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog or any language a phone can show. Texts with non-English letters fit fewer characters per text, so keep them short.

Many of my customers have WhatsApp on an Indian number. Does that matter?

Points use the UK mobile a customer joins with, and offers go by text to that number. WhatsApp offers are on the way.

How do I move customers over from my WhatsApp group?

Post your join link in the group once and put the QR poster by the till. Customers join themselves, so their permission is recorded. Our page on switching from a WhatsApp group has a message you can copy.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code and their card opens in the phone's browser. They show it at the till, or give the last 4 digits of their mobile.
