Loyalty cards for convenience stores and off-licences
People pop in for milk, bread and a paper several times a week. Tillkeep turns those small baskets into a reason to choose you over the supermarket express down the road.
Why it suits a convenience store
Fast enough for a queue
Staff type the last 4 digits of the mobile, or scan the card with a USB scanner, then the basket total. It takes a few seconds.
Small baskets add up
Set a smaller reward that comes round often, like £2 off every 100 points, so people who visit four times a week feel it quickly.
You choose what counts
Points come from the total staff type in, so you decide what is included. Leave out anything you don't want to reward.
A setup for frequent, small baskets
A smaller reward that arrives often works better than a big one far away.
Someone spending £8 four times a week earns 32 points a week and gets £2 off about every 3 weeks.
Every number is yours to change in Points settings, at any time.
Example settings
- Points for every £11

Questions
Is it quick enough when there is a queue?
Yes. Finding a customer takes 4 digits or one scan, and adding points is the basket total and one tap. Customers who are in a hurry can skip it.
Does it work with my EPOS or till?
Tillkeep runs beside your till on a phone, tablet or laptop, so you don't need to change your till system or wait for an integration.
Can I see who my regulars are?
Yes. The owner's customer list shows regulars, new joiners and people who haven't visited for 30 days or more. Staff never see this list.
What does it cost?
It is free while we set up our first shops. There is no contract, and we agree a monthly price with you before anything is charged.
