Digital loyalty cards for cafés and takeaways
Paper stamp cards get lost in coats and wallets, and they tell you nothing about who your regulars are. Tillkeep keeps points on your customers' phones and lets you text them on a quiet day.
Why it beats a paper stamp card
Nothing to lose or fake
Points live on the customer's phone and in your records, so there are no lost cards and no extra stamps added at home.
You know your regulars
See who comes in every week and who has stopped coming, and send them a reason to come back.
Runs on the café tablet
Use the tablet or phone you already have at the counter. Customers scan a QR code on the table or by the till to join.
A setup for coffee and lunch customers
Higher points per pound make small orders feel rewarding.
A customer spending £9 a week earns 18 points and gets £3 off about once a month.
Every number is yours to change in Points settings, at any time.
Example settings
- Points for every £12

Offers for quieter days
Texts come from your shop's name and go only to customers who said yes to offers. Tillkeep adds the stop link to every one.

Questions
Is it better than a paper stamp card?
Customers can't lose it, nobody can fake stamps, and you can see and contact your regulars. It also works out rewards for you.
Can I give points on phone and collection orders?
Yes. When the customer collects, staff find them by the last 4 digits of their mobile and add the order total.
Do customers need an app?
No. The card opens in the phone's browser after they scan your QR code.
Can I reward per visit instead of per pound?
Points are worked out per pound today. Setting 2 points per £1 with a small reward gives a similar feel to a stamp card.
