Can clients reply to the texts to book?

No. Texts come from your shop's name, which can't receive replies. Put your phone number or booking link in the message instead.

Can I reward per visit instead of per pound?

Points are worked out per pound today, so clients who spend more earn more. Pick a reward level that suits your prices.

Can my team see client phone numbers?

No. They see a first name and the last 4 digits. Only the owner can see the full client list.

Does it replace my booking system?

No. Tillkeep is for loyalty and offers. Keep using your booking system alongside it.
